Our self-catering apartments and studios offer the privacy and flexibility of a home, with hotel-quality amenities. Enjoy fully equipped kitchens, private balconies with garden views, and personalised service—all within a secure, tranquil setting.

Is breakfast included?

We offer self-catering accommodations, so you have the freedom to prepare meals in your kitchen. However, breakfast baskets can be arranged upon request (48 hours’ notice)

What are your check-in/check-out times?

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (late arrivals by prior arrangement).

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM.
    Early check-in/late check-out available but subject to availability.

Do you accommodate children?

Absolutely! We’re family-friendly, with sleeper couches in select units and baby cots available (R100/night). Children under 5 stay free

Is smoking allowed?

For guest comfort, all indoor areas are non-smoking. Designated smoking zones are available in the garden.

What self-catering facilities are included?

All units feature fully equipped kitchens with:

  • Stove, microwave, fridge/freezer

  • Cookware, utensils, and cutlery

  • Coffee/tea station

Can I enjoy outdoor space?

Yes! Our landscaped garden oasis includes:

  • A sparkling swimming pool

  • Two fish ponds with koi and goldfish

  • A traditional lapa for shaded relaxation

  • Fruit trees (seasonal mangoes/citrus, avocados, sugarcane, lemon, herbs, etc)

How secure is the property?

Your safety is our priority. We offer:

  • 24/7 CCTV surveillance, Electric fence, high walls, security patrol

  • Gated access with secure parking

  • Safe deposit boxes in rooms

Are there restaurants or shops nearby?

We’re conveniently located within walking distance to a shopping centre that houses Pick n Pay, Bottle store, restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and a lot more. Ask us for personalised recommendations!

Do you offer long-stay discounts?

Yes! Stay 7+ nights and save 10%. Extended-stay guests receive weekly housekeeping and linen changes.

Can I host small gatherings?

Our garden lapa and pool area are perfect for intimate events (max 10 guests). Prior approval and a fee apply.

What’s your cancellation policy?

  • 14+ days notice: Full refund

  • 7–13 days: 50% refund

  • <7 days: Deposit forfeited
    Peak seasons may have stricter policies.
